Received the chair in its original box. Brand new and in perfect condition.
Little installation to do, heavy when doing it alone.
Instructions for ideal ergonomica were very useful for initial setup.
This is chair is very ergonomic and adjusts in almost every possible ways.
My only downside is that this expensive and quality chair is NOT comfortable. At least after a few days using it. The mesh you sit on is stiff, I am skinny (140lbs 6"4') and there is barely any cushion effect. Maybe it will loosen and give with time?
Also the back rest has given me a small rash/shaffing on the bones of my lower back.
Overall I am mostly satisfied. Altough I would probably have returned this chair had I purchased it in store due to its lack of comfort/cushion. It is alot of money to be unconfortable on.
Only thing holding me from returning is the pain in the A to repack and ship it.
7/10 for now. Maybe it will feel better with time.
