Chaise de bureau ergonomique X1

So far the chair is great, I purchased it because I had a back injury and was not able to sit for very long. Since getting this and adjusting it to my body I am able to sit for long periods without pain. As a matter of for a while it was the only place I had to sit down. The chair seems to be built well but only time will tell with that.

First I am VERY, VERY satisfy with my buy.
The product is of such exceptional quality that I was amazed. No other chair that I have been able to compare can match it. Everything is extreme quality down to the smallest details, the product, the design, each constituent part is a jewel as well as the packaging and documentation,
And what's more, it is elegant and very comfortable. Indisputable value for money,
At a time when so many thing are built without consciousness just to make money, this product is a refreshing exception. I thank HINOMI for putting such a product on the market.
Now, the product is not perfect and for my body type it would benefit from being modified as indicated below:
1- The armrests seem a little high to me even in the low position. For me, they would benefit from being 2 to 3 centimeters lower.
2- Although the lumbar support is adjusted independently horizontally, the height adjustments of the lumbar support and the dorsal part are done together. They would benefit a lot from having an independent vertical adjustment
3- The headrest would gain a lot in comfort and ease of adjustment if it could also be adjusted horizontally by moving forward or backward using an independent slide.

Here is my review after two weeks of use.
I chose X1 after extensive research on the internet. I was hesitant to put $900 into a chair when you can find decent chairs for $400.
At $900 it seemed expensive to me.
Today, given the quality of the product , the ease of use and the comfort, it seems like a real deal to me and it's the $400 chairs that seem comparatively expensive.

I was so impressed buy the quality of the product that I felt like a must to let know how exceptional you and your product was. It give me a little hope in humanity (;> ))
What you built is more than an orthopedic chair, it is a piece of art.

I've only had it for a couple of weeks but so far I love how comfortable it is and it definitely helps with good posture.

I have spent thousands on other chairs and none of them measure up to the pleasure and comfort of the X1

The chair works very well, but for the price paid, the little things could be better. The wrap on the arm rests isn't tucked for one arm and I can tell will be a problem after some use. Also the arm rests aren't exactly even, one rests slightly higher than the other.

Components are of high quality. It swivels very easily and smoothly. I am getting used to it. It conforms well to my 6 ft 3 inch body, but I have just commissioned a seamstress to produce a 3/4 inch or so pad for the head rest as it does not touch my head given that my head is not far enough back because my notebook computer screen is still somewhat below eye level. A stand alone monitor on a shelf on my desk would solve that issue, but that monitor is in use by my wife for her zoom exercise classes.
