3. Hex Allen/wrench included are for headrest x2 screws.
4. Seller is also prompt in replying when I didn’t know banner has the instructions printed underside.
5. Various multi functional chair adjustment only found on more branded & expensive chairs.
6. Firm, comfortable & cooler seating. One of the Best chairs I had sat & used in the past.

I ordered this chair to replace an old chair for my son. Installation are easy, just followed the install steps paper. When I put it together it was firm and comfortable. My son had used it almost a month, he was loving it. Chair had good design of supporting the back and head as picture show. It was delivered fast. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
